Financial awareness for the city/banking sector
This course provides delegates with the key financial awareness skills necessary in the context of the financial sector.
The course will cover basic accounting principles and financial skills necessary to understand the meaning of financial statements, explains the real meaning of accounting jargon and how to measure financial performance.
There is also a review of the recent significant regulatory areas you need to be aware of in the city, such as the change to International Accounting Standards and other regulatory requirements of Sarbanes Oxley and Basel II.
It is intended for those without a financial background who need to be able to develop financial awareness and skills.
